Notes about the wings

  • I buy wings already split in half with the tips removed. If yours are whole, cut off the tips and split the remaining piece at the joint so all pieces are ready to use.
  • This is a very basic recipe and takes only a few minutes to prepare. Follow the steps and you’ll have great wings in no time.
  • I’ve marinated these wings for six hours once and only one hour another time—both worked equally well. Marinate for at least an hour or overnight for the best flavor.

In short: simple to make and delicious to eat. Great wings!

Happy cooking, and thank you for joining me on this food-blogging journey.
