About this Strawberry Cheesecake Protein CREAMi recipe
This recipe is adapted from Clean Simple Eats with a small tweak I always use: instead of adding extra milk on a re-spin, simply let the frozen pint thaw at room temperature for about 15 minutes before processing. That ensures a smooth, creamy result on the first spin. If the texture is still crumbly, add a little liquid — it usually means the pint needed more thawing.

What you’ll need for this Strawberry Cheesecake Protein CREAMi
- 2% Milk – Any milk works, but 2% gives a good balance of creaminess without excess fat.
- Clean Simple Eats Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder – This provides the cheesecake flavor and protein boost. Use code HEALTHBEET for a discount.
- Strawberries – Fresh, ripe strawberries add bright, summery flavor.
- Whipped Cream – Optional for topping; adds light fluff without many extra calories.
- Graham Crackers – Crumbled for topping to recreate the cheesecake crust texture.
