Meal Plan Tips

Saturday: Spicy Slow Cooker Chicken Sliders are a hands-off, flavorful option that suits weekends or busy weeknights. The slow cooker does the work for you, making this an effortless meal to serve on homemade yeast rolls. If you prefer, store-bought rolls work fine, but the homemade version is especially delicious and freezes well. Save a few rolls to use with Sunday’s supper. Homemade dill pickles can be prepared ahead and stored so you have a bright, tangy condiment on hand for weeks.

Sunday: Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf is simple to mix up earlier in the day and keep in the fridge until baking time. The leftovers are terrific for sandwiches or reheating. Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes are an easy side to start in the morning and reheat beautifully if made ahead. Reuse a couple of the homemade yeast rolls from Saturday to complete the meal.

Monday: Greek Chicken Pasta Salad is packed with flavor and is especially good when made ahead and chilled, allowing the ingredients to meld. It’s versatile served warm or cold and works well for cookouts, potlucks, or an easy weeknight supper. Pair with lemon sugar cookies for a bright, sweet finish.
Tuesday: Enjoy leftovers from the previous meals—an easy, low-effort night that stretches your time and ingredients.

Wednesday: Shrimp Scampi is a quick favorite, ready in about 15 minutes. Cook the pasta while you sauté the shrimp for a fast, elegant weeknight meal. Serve with a simple house salad to round out the plate.

Thursday: Chicken Salad with Grapes is best when the chicken is cooked ahead. Cook chicken on the stove or set it in the slow cooker in the morning to be ready by meal time. This makes assembly quick and keeps the salad flavorful and cool—perfect for lunches or light dinners. Finish the week with a simple Mississippi Mud Cake for an easy dessert.
Hope you have a great week!
